I focus on acting for individuals who have suffered severe and life altering injuries in motor vehicle accidents. I focus on the whole person and the whole of the problem as a way of finding more healthy and sustainable solutions to both physical and financial issues.
The complexity of our legal system necessitates the assistance of a lawyer in all but the most minor instances. Clients can feel dis-empowered being necessarily dependent on a lawyer to guide them through the system. I believe that the quality and the style of that guidance can dramatically shape a party’s experience. I strive to empower clients in the resolution of legal issues. While legal issues can present some of life’s greatest challenges, they can also present some of life’s greatest opportunities.
